Green Professional Building Skills Training – Operations & Maintenance Essentials
Learn how to reduce energy use while improving comfort and health for building occupants!

Building design & construction gets a lot of attention, but the majority of energy that a building uses over time is related to how the building is operated and maintained. Efficient operations and smart maintenance in buildings reduces operating costs and increases occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. GPRO O&M Essentials provides building professionals with best practices for sustainability building operations. Participants leave with at least three immediately actionable measures and the next steps needed to achieve them. This course is ideal for anyone who needs a better understanding of high-performance building, including sales or administrative staff in real estate, construction, architecture or engineering, workforce property managers and building staff involved in the operations and maintenance of both residential and commercial buildings including: building superintendents, operators, facility and property managers, operating engineers and stationary engineers and handypeople.
