From direct pay tax incentives for improved building efficiency to wide-ranging grant opportunities for facilities improvements, the Inflation Reduction Act and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act are loaded with programs that building professionals and local governments can take advantage of as they plan to build new facilities or renovate existing buildings.
