Annual Green Schools Event

Join over 300 guests across Missouri and Southern Illinois to celebrate participants in the Green Schools Quest, Missouri Green Schools, and Missouri Green Ribbon programs! The Annual Green Schools Event is a hybrid event – please follow the registration links to your preferred form of participation:
IN PERSON Registration at the Missouri History Museum
All students, school and district staff, families, Mentors, community partners, and sponsors are invited to attend this event. Please come ready to cheer on our schools for their excellence in sustainability during the 2025-2026 school year!
Agenda for the evening:
- 5:00pm – In-person students arrive to set up their posters in the Grand Hall
- 5:30pm – Doors open to the public and Zoom meeting opens to the public
- 5:30-6:15pm
- In-Person – Students display their project posters, food served in the main hall, and Missouri History Museum exhibits are open for viewing
- Virtual – Students present their virtual project presentations, and Missouri History Museum video plays a virtual exhibit
- 6:15-7:00pm – Awards ceremony
- In-Person – Participants will be a live audience in the theatre of the Missouri History Museum
- Virtual – The ceremony will be live streamed on Zoom
- 7:00-7:15pm – Group photo on steps of Missouri History Museum
- 7:30pm – Event ends
