Connect on the Quest: Winter Wellness in Schools

All Green Schools Quest School Leaders and Mentors are invited to join experts in the field for free professional development on Winter Wellness to continue our theme of “Biodiversity + Wellness.”
Our learning outcomes include:
(1) Create a plan for “winterizing” school gardens to protect biodiversity in winter months
(2) Identify local resources for families and schools to ensure students have access to fresh fruits and vegetables throughout winter
(3) Identify tools and methods for tracking energy usage throughout winter
Participants will also hear from veteran Mentors and School Leaders on their approach to the Green Schools Quest project, and gain practical tips on how to complete this year’s project.
